  • Maryland State Fair August 21 - 24 | August 28 - September 1 | September 4 - 7 Go ride the rides, see the 4H presentations, vendors, and Home Arts entries which includes something for everyone. There are categories for crochet, knitting, tatting, general crafts, photography, painting, and more. Check the website for drop off days for entrants.

  • Prince George’s County Fair September 4-7, 2025. Check the website for drop off days for entrants or to check hours to go to the fair.

  • Original Sewing and Quilting Expo September 25-27, 2025. Click the link to see the classes, lectures, and vendors in Fredericksburg, VA.

  • Needlechasers of Chevy Chase will hold their annual quilt show Fridy October 10th and Saturday October 11th in Kensington Maryland.

  • Stafford Piecemakers Annual Show “ The Quilter Next Door” will happen October 24th, 25th, and 27th in Virginia.

  • Quilting on the Line Quilt Guild November 14-15, 2025 in Jarrettsville, MD
