Quilters of Uhuru,
We all have rich quilt stories to tell and Uhuru wants to share member stories. Uhuru is inviting you to submit a two-minute talk about one quilt that you have made. You can have someone record you, or NiYa will be recording during Sew Happy Hour on August 19th and 26th from 7 to 9. If NiYa is doing your recording, send a picture to uhuruqg1994@yahoo.com. If there are special features you want to emphasize, you can have more than one picture. You must fill out the release form and submit before your video will be added to the Uhuru YouTube page. The release form is on the website, on the FB page, and in a few of the recent newsletters. You will have an opportunity to preview your video before it goes live on the YouTube page. You must submit a transcript of your talk when you send your picture(s). It will be used to create closed captions for your video.
